Welcome to the American Kenpo Research Council Weapons directory. Kenpo is generally known as an 'empty-hand' art. However, many hand-held weapons have been associated with Kenpo throughout its history. This section is designed to give information on the usage weapons of Kenpo's past practice, as well as some of the newer applications of modern weaponry. In addition, this section will focus on the defenses against weapon attacks.
