Welcome to the American Kenpo Research Council Self Defense Techniques directory.

The hearbeat of Kenpo has always been its no-nonsense self defense techniques. There are many different interpretations and applications of self defense techniques moves. This section is designed to make the subtle differences more understandable. If your particular method of executing a technique is not included here, then get involved and submit your version! The AKRC is open to all systems of Kenpo.
